ORDER
This Contempt of Court case is filed alleging violation of the directions in the judgment dated 17.12.2021 in WP(C) No.24038 of 2021. When the writ petition came up for consideration, the respondent sought only six months time and this Court granted five months time. Now six months over and even now, Annexure A1 judgment is not complied with. Therefore, the respondent will appear in person before this Court for explaining the reason as to why the contempt proceedings shall not be initiated against him.
Post on 18.07.2022. In the meanwhile, if the directions are varied, modified or complied, the personal appearance of the respondent is dispensed with. Sd/-
