ORDER
Issue notice before admission to the respondents. The petitioner is also simultaneously permitted to serve a copy of the memorandum of original petition on the learned counsel appearing for the respondents before the court below and file a memo to the effect. The Registry is directed to call for a report from the Court of the Additional District Judge- I, Mavelikara, to ascertain the status and reasonable time period required to dispose of Ext.P13 to Ext.P16 applications.
On a consideration of the pleadings and materials on record, I direct the Court of the Munsiff, Mavelikara to defer further proceedings in E.P.No.46/2016 in O.S.No.228/2010 for a period of four weeks.
