JUDGMENT
Vinod Chandran, J.
Today the Station House Officer, Mayyil Police Station facilitated Video Conferencing (V.C) for the subject. We conversed with the subject, who is clam and does not raise any complaints before us. We also interacted with the father and mother who say that they are continuing the psychiatric consultation, but the Doctor is presently on leave for a week. The SHO also informs us that there are no existing problems and the directions of this Court were complied with scrupulously.
2. Considering the overall circumstances we are of the opinion that as of now there is nothing further to be done in the above case. The subject who complained of harassment from her parents is now W.P.(Crl)No.509 of 2022

calm and does not raise any complaints. We also noticed in the earlier orders that the subject was undergoing Psychiatric consultation and had also attempted suicide, twice. The entire problems seems to arise from her relationship with a person, against whom she voluntarily raised a complaint, on which a crime was also registered. The accused who alleged that he was her fiance, filed an anticipatory bail application. The learned Single Judge directed the subject to be produced and later directed the Registry to place the subject before the Court having roster for Habeas Corpus writ petition; thus leading to the present suo motu Writ Petition (Crl.). We had comprehensive interactions with the subject physically on 08.06.2022 and later on V.C, on 10.06.2022, the details of which are seen in the respective orders of even dates.
3. We are of the opinion that the earlier directions for close surveillance of the house is no more required. The SHO would monitor the W.P.(Crl)No.509 of 2022

circumstances of the subject in such intervals as he deems fit. The parents also will cooperate with such surveillance.
The suo motu writ petition (Crl.) would stand closed.
