all further proceedings in EP No.53/2021 of Munsiff-Magistrate Court,
Mananthavady and stay all further proceedings there pending disposal of
the above Original Petition (Civil).
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

Issue notice before admission to the respondents. The petitioner is also simultaneously permitted to serve a copy of the memorandum of original petition on the learned counsel appearing for the respondents before the court below and file a memo to the effect. The Registry is directed to call for a report from the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Sulthan Bathery, to ascertain the status and reasonable time period required to dispose of I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2021 in CMA No.10/2021.
On a consideration of the pleadings and materials on record, I direct the Court of the Munsiff, Mananthawady to defer further proceedings in E.P.No.53/2021 in O.S.No.100/2015 of the Court of the Munsiff, Mananthawady, for a period of four weeks.
