During the course of arguments, on a query made by this Court, the learned Standing Counsel for Travancore Devaswom Board would submit that even prior to the judgment of the Division Bench in Rajani P. Kuttan and another v. State of Kerala and others [2021 (6) KHC 513], a Division Bench of this Court held that the temporary employees in the Travancore Devaswom Board are not entitled for regularisation and that judgment was afirmed by the Apex Court.

The learned Senior Government Pleader seeks one more week time to file a statement on behalf of the additional 4 th respondent Joint Director, Kerala State Audit Department.
