                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 24th day of June, 2022 The petitioner was the former Secretary of the Sri Muthande Nada Mahadeva Kshekthram, which is a society registered under the Travancore-Cochin (Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration) Act. The petitioner has serious complaint about the manner in which the Society is functioning. He also alleges financial fraud by the present office bearers. Pointing out these aspects, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P1 complaint. The writ petition is filed, aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the first respondent in taking action based on the complaint.

3. Learned Government Pleader submitted that, Ext.P1 complaint is not available in the records of the first respondent.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner W.P.(C) No.16312 of 2022 -3- asserted that Ext.P1 complaint was filed and submitted that, if necessary, a copy of the complaint can be made available to the first respondent.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to produce a copy of Ext.P1 or a fresh complaint before the first respondent within two weeks, along with certified copy of this judgment. On receipt of the complaint, the same shall be taken up for consideration and appropriate orders passed thereon within one month.
