        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No. 34/2019 in O.S No. 155/2007 of Munsiff
   Court, Thodupuzha and to pass an ad interim order to that effect till the
   disposal of the above Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   Sri. R.SREEHARI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the
   following:

Admitted.

Issue notice to the respondents.

On a consideration of the pleadings and materials on record especially Exhibit P7 order passed by the Execution Court, I am satisfied tat the petitioner has made out a prima facie case for an interim relief. Hence, I stay all further proceedings in EP 39/2019 in OS 155/2007 of the court of the Munsiff, Thodupuzha, for a period of one month.
