JUDGMENT
This contempt case has been filed on the allegation that respondents have violated the directions of this Court in the judgment dated 22.09.2021, in W.P.(C)No.15283/2017.
2. However, Sri.G.Biju - learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that a hearing - as ordered by this Court, has been completed and a communication issued to the petitioner, wherein, they have also agreed to produce the new "Business Plan".
3. Sri.K.S.Madhusoodanan - learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that he was not aware of the aforementioned development; and that if the afore communication has been issued to his client, they will certainly submit a fresh "Business Plan" on its terms. He, however, prayed that respondents be directed to complete CON.CASE(C) NO. 300 OF 2022 -3- proceedings on the same without any further delay.
Resultantly and recording the afore submissions of Sri.G.Biju, I close this contempt case; however, directing the respondents to complete proceedings on the new "Business Plan" to be preferred before him by the petitioner, if it is done within 31.07.2022 - as has been offered to him through the aforementioned letter - as early as possible, but not later than two months thereafter.
I, however, clarify that petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court again with a fresh one, in case the afore directions are also not complied with.
