                                     ORDER

Petitioner seeks amendment. The significant point raised in the amendment application is in regard to filing of the suit and a decree passed on the basis of a compromise. However, the number of the suit, the date of the decree nor the copy of the judgment, compromise petition or the decree is produced before this Court. Therefore, there will be a direction to the petitioner to file a proper application along with all relevant documents.

I.A. No. 1/2022 is dismissed, leaving upon the liberty of the petitioner to file a fresh application with all documents.
