        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment dated 22.12.2020 in O.P.(Money) No.667/2016 of Family
   Court, Chavara pending disposal of the above appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 22.3.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIJU
   KAMALASANAN, S.ABHILASH, ANJANA KANNATH and T.S.SREEKUTTY Advocates for
   the applicant, and of MR.ARUN MATHEW VADAKKAN Advocate for the respondent,
   the court passed the following:
