JUDGMENT
The original petition is filed assailing the order in I.A.No.369/2017 in O.S.No.520/2014(Ext.P3) of the Court of the Munsiff, Punalur.
2. On a perusal of the order, it is seen that the court below had lifted the attachment on the defendant furnishing security. The suit itself is of the year 2015. Even though the original petition was filed as early as on 19.09.2017, the same has not been admitted and no interim order has been passed. Therefore, I assume that nothing further survives in this original petition.
Hence, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge any subsequent order that has O.P.(C)No.2805/2017 -:3:- been passed in the above suit, this original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
