        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment dated 19-08-2020 in RCA No. 7/2019, Rent Control Appellate
   Authority, North Parur, pending disposal of the above Rent Control
   Revision.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 02.06.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S DINESH
