        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment in O.P (MV) 2135 of 2015 on the file
   of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kollam dated 06.12.2017 against the
   petitioner in the interest of justice.
