        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment dated 6.7.2019 in R.C.A.190 of 2011
   on the file of First Additional Rent Control Appellate Authority, Thrissur
   which arose from common order dtd.22.7.2011 in R.C.P. 40 of 2009 etc. on
   the file of Rent Control Court, Thrissur, till the disposal of the above
   Rent Control Revision Petition.


        This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   order dated 25.05.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.P.DANDAPANI,
   SENIOR ADVOCATE along with MR. MILLU DANDAPANI, Advocate for the
   petitioner and of M/S.G.SREEKUMAR (CHELUR) & RIYAS.C.S, Advocates for R1
   to R3, the court passed the following:


                                           ORDER

Interim order will stand extended by three weeks.
