       NIVED NATH, AGED 22 YEARS, S/O. SATHYANATH, NO OCCUPATION, VEENUS,
       KANNUR AMSOM DESOM, POST KANNUR.


      Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
 affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
 and execution of the judgment dated 10-09-2018 in RCA No. 02/2013 of the
 files of Rent Control Appellate Authority (Additional District Judge- II),
 Thalassery which arose from the order dated 14-11-2012 in RCP No. 49/2010
 on the files of Rent Controller (Munsiff), Koothuparamba, pending disposal
 of the revision petition.


      This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
 application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
 order dated 08-09-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.SASINDRAN &
 SATHEESHAN ALAKKADAN, Advocates for the petitioners and of
 SRI.K.V.PAVITHRAN, Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the
