This OP(RC) having come up for orders on 23.06.2022, upon perusing
the letter from Munsiff Court, Thiruvananthapuram dated 26.05.2022 and
this court's judgment dated 10.11.2021, the court on the same day passed
the following;

As per the judgment dated 10.11.2021, the Rent Control Court, Thiruvananthapuram, was directed to dispose of R.C.P.No.11 of 2018 within a period of four months from 29.11.2021. The period for disposal of the case was later altered as four months from 17.01.2022 as per the order dated 20.12.2021.
Now, the Rent Control Court (Munsiff), Thiruvananthapuram, submitted a report dated 26.05.2022 seeking extension by one more month.
It is seen that major part of the evidence has already been recorded and what remains is the recording of evidence on the side of the respondents and hearing of the parties. In the said circumstances, the request is allowed. The Rent Control Court, Thiruvananthapuram, is granted one month more time from today to dispose of R.C.P.No.11 of 2018 2 O.P.(RC) No.49 of 2021 pending on the files of that court.
