 WP(C) NO. 16514 OF 2022
                                2

                   JUDGMENT

Dated this the 23rd day of June, 2022 The petitioner claims to be the President of the State Committee of Ayurveda Medical Association of India (AMAI), which represents all strata of Ayurveda medical graduates like private practitioners, academicians, Doctors in Government Service, researchers etc. The petitioner's grievance is against the fourth respondent, who according to the petitioner is a bogus physician, unqualified to treat people. The fourth respondent is stated to be conducting an establishment named Ibnusina Medication Training Institute without licence or permission. Over and above that, the fourth respondent is indulging in issuance of Diploma certificates in Traditional Ayurveda Medicine and Traditional Ayurvedic Practitioner. Although petitioner has approached the authorities requesting emergent action, no action has been taken so far.

2. Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and having perused the documents, I find that WP(C) NO. 16514 OF 2022 3 the matter needs emergent and serious consideration.

3. Learned Counsel for the third respondent submitted that, if the relief is confined to consideration of the pending representations, the third respondent is willing to indulge in such exercise.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the competent among the respondents to take up Ext.P4 and to consider the issue highlighted therein, with the seriousness it deserves, and to take appropriate action within two months. To effectuate proper consideration of the issues, petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with certified copy of the judgment.
