JUDGMENT
According to the petitioner, she is the bonafide purchaser of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-58-D-1441. She has submitted Exts.P1 & P2 applications for transfer of the registration of the vehicle to her name. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to the objection raised by the additional second respondent, the first respondent did not consider Exts.P1 and P2.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the 1 st respondent. In the nature of the direction I propose to issue, notice to the additional second respondent is dispensed with.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, WP(C) NO. 20284 OF 2022 3 there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider Exts. P1 & P2 applications for transfer of the vehicle with notice to the petitioner and the additional second respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the writ petition as well as the applications pending before the firs respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
