JUDGMENT
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent/SHO, Kannanalloor Police Station to enquire/investigate upon Ext.P1 within a time frame.
2. Heard Sri.B.Renjith Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.P.G.Manu, the learned Senior Public Prosecutor for the 2nd respondent.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is not co-operating to proceed further with Ext.P1 complaint.
4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent within a week from today. Thereafter, the 2nd respondent shall conduct proper enquiry on Ext.P1 complaint and, if necessary, shall initiate appropriate action in accordance with law.
W.P.(C) is disposed of as above.
