The petitioner is the holder of Ext.P1 regular permit in respect of the stage carriage KL-02-BH-7670 to operate on the route Pampady-Medical College. Ext.P1 permit was valid up to 7.9.2021. Before the expiry of the permit, the petitioner had submitted Ext.P2 application for renewal. During the pendency of the renewal application, the petitioner is issued with Ext.P3 temporary permit. According to the petitioner, since the portion of the route from Medical College to Ettumannor lies in Kottayam-Neendoor Scheme, he submitted Ext.P4 application for variation.

4. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that Ext.P4 application for variation will be considered in the next RTA meeting.
