THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
23.06.2022, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 WP(C) NO. 20455 OF 2022 2

                           JUDGMENT

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this case is that the 1st respondent be directed to take up Ext.P2 Appeal and dispose it off within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Sri.Sreejith S.R. - learned counsel for the petitioner, conceded that there were certain defects earlier noted in the Appeal, but that they have all been rectified and therefore, that nothing stops the 1st respondent from disposing it off now.

3. The learned Government Pleader - Smt.Parvathy K. submitted that if Ext.P2 is still pending and if it is now without defects, then the 1st respondent can take it up and dispose it off without any avoidable delay.

Resultantly, I order this writ petition and direct the 1 st respondent to take up Ext.P2 Appeal, which is stated to have been numbered as G.A.No.2266 of 2018, and dispose of the same - if it is still pending, after affording necessary opportunity of being heard to both sides, as expeditiously as is possible, but not later than four months from the date of WP(C) NO. 20455 OF 2022 3 receipt of a copy of this judgment.
