THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
23.06.2022, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 WP(C) NO. 20372 OF 2022 2

                          JUDGMENT

Adverting to rather limited relief sought for in this writ petition, I propose to dispose it of at the stage of admission itself, without issuing notice to the parties. I am certain that this Court will be justified in doing so, since it will cause no prejudice to them.

2. The petitioner only seeks that the 2 nd respondent be directed to take up and dispose of Ext.P2 Appeal within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Learned Government Pleader- Smt.Parvathy K., submitted that the afore request of the petitioner, as voiced by Sri.M.K.Sumod - his learned counsel, can be acceded to, since Ex.P2 is a statutory Appeal.

Resultantly, I order this writ petition and direct the 2 nd respondent to take up Ext.P2 Appeal of the petitioner and dispose it off, after hearing him, as also any other person who may be interested; thus culminating in an appropriate order and necessary action thereon, as expeditiously as is possible, but not later than two months from the date on which a WP(C) NO. 20372 OF 2022 3 certified copy of this judgment is produced before them by the petitioner, along with a copy of this writ petition.
