JUDGMENT
It is undisputed and the learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the legal issues in this case have been answered by another learned Judge of this Court in the judgment in W.P(C)No.17373 of 2022 & Con. Cases.
In the afore circumstances, following the afore judgment, I order this writ petition with the following directions:
(a) The 2nd respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to appear for the Third Professional BAMS Degree Regular/ Supplementary Examinations, June 2022.
(b) For the afore purpose, the petitioner shall be allowed to remit the requisite fees before the closure of the working hours today itself.
(c) The Third Year Professional results, however, shall be published only after the petitioner clears all the previous examinations.
In order to obtain compliance of the directions, I request WP(C) NO. 20458 OF 2022 3 the learned Standing Counsel for the 2 nd respondent - University
- Shri.P.Sreekumar, to communicate this order to its competent Authority, without waiting for a certified copy of this judgment, today itself.
