JUDGMENT
Dated this the 17th day of June, 2022 Although, learned Counsel for the petitioner raised various legal contentions, insofar as the challenge is against the order of the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, the writ petition cannot be entertained, particularly in the light of the law laid down in Cicily Kallarackal v. Vehicle Factory [(2012) 8 SCC 524]. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, reserving the petitioner's liberty to raise all contentions before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
