           Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the

   High Court be pleased to transfer M.C.No.112/2022 from the Family Court,

   Thiruvananthapuram to the Family Court, Ernakulam.



           This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and this court's order dated 08/06/2022 in Trp. Crl. 26/2022

   and upon hearing the arguments of MR ARUN SEBASTIAN, Advocate for the

   petitioner and Public Prosecutor for the R5 and of Gokul Babu .S, S.GOKUL

   BABU(K/000803/2015),         S.JAYANT(K/731/2015),    M.ANILPRASAD(K/1516/1995)

   Advocates for the R1 TO R4, the court passed the following:

                                            ORDER

It is submitted by the leaned senior counsel that the judgment of the Single Bench has been set aside by Division Bench and the issue has been relegated to the Family Court for consideration.

A petition filed before the family court is pending consideration regarding the issue and the Division Bench has directed to consider the petition as expeditiously as posible. The decision that would be taken in Tr.P(Crl.) No.26/2022 2/2 that petition has some bearing on this Transfer Petition.

In the circumstances, the hearing of this Transfer Petition is deferred to first week of July, 2022.
