           JINEESH, AGED 41 YEARS, S/O.KUMARAN, MAKKOLATH HOUSE, VELUPPADAM
           DESO, VARANTHARAPPILLY VILLAGE, CHALAKUDY TALUK, NOW RESIDING AT
           PADIYOOR VILLAGE, THRISSUR TALUK, PIN 680688.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of judgment in O.P.No.508/2019 passed by the Family Court, Irinjalakuda,
   pending disposal of the appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
