Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to close the contempt case on the basis of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to institute an application for restoration of the contempt proceedings, if the submission aforesaid made on behalf of the counsel for the respondent is found to be wrong. Ordered accordingly.
