Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to suspend the execution of sentence passed against
the petitioner vide judgments in Crl.Appeal. No. 11/2018 dated 29/11/2021
of Additional District And Sessions Court IV, Pathanamthitta and S.T. No.
1057/2012 dated 30/12/2017 of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II,
Pathanamthitta, pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Petition,
so as to secure the ends of justice.
This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application,
and upon hearing the arguments of G.PRIYADARSAN THAMPI, Advocate for the
petitioner and of Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent, the court

Crl.M.A.No.1 of 2022 Execution of the sentence imposed on the petitioner stands suspended on execution of a bond by him for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) with two solvent sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the trial court and on deposit of 20% of the fine amount before the trial court within one month.
