JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
"(i) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents 2 and 3 to immediately make the payment to the petitioner of the contract amount based on Ext.P2 within stipulated time limit in the interest of justice.
(ii) To pass any such or further orders as the petitioner may seek and this Hon'ble Court deem fit to grant."[SIC]
2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the amount due to the petitioner will be disbursed within one month from today. In the light of the above submission, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. WP(C) NO. 14300 OF 2022 3 Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to disburse the entire amount due to the petitioner, within one month from today.
