This appeal is at the instance of the respondent in
O.P.No.297/2019 on the file of the Family Court, Kasaragod. Pending appeal, the parties were referred for mediation. In the mediation, they have amicably settled all their disputes: The settlement agreement is on board along with the report of the mediator. It is stated that the respondents received a sum of Rs.3,5©,GOO/- (Rupees three lakhs and fifty thousand only) in full and final settlement of all their claims.
In such circumstances, we dispose of this appeal in terms of the settlement. The settlement agreement will form part of the judgment.
