JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking the following relief:
1. To issue appropriate directions to the 2 nd respondent by way of a writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent that they shall not take any steps to demolish the compound wall of Ext. P1 property of the petitioner without conducting an impartial and proper measurement through concerned authorities.
2. Even though an interim order of stay was granted by this Court on 17.08.2015 for a period of one month and which was extended on 16.09.2015 for a further period of one month, the same was not extended thereafter.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri. V. Rajendran Perumbavoor, submitted that the petitioner does not have any subsisting grievance in the matter and he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
