                         JUDGMENT

The original petition is filed, challenging the order dated 29.08.2016, passed by the Court of the Principal Munsiff, Nedumanagad, finding that the petitioner has the means to be detained in the civil proceedings. Even though this original petition was filed as early as on 23.11.2016, the same has not been admitted and no interim order was passed. On an appreciation of the pleadings and materials on record, I am of the opinion that nothing further survives in this original petition. Therefore, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge any subsequent order passed against him, this original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
