JUDGMENT
When this matter was called today, learned Government Pleader - Smt.Resmi Thomas, submitted that the directions in the judgment have been complied with and regularisation of the petitioner's services from 01.06.2007 granted.
2. Smt.Vinu Victoria Paulson - learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, however, submitted that she does not have instructions from her client on this yet.
Taking note of the afore submissions, I close this Contempt Case; however, leaving liberty to the petitioner to seek a rehearing, if the afore submissions are found to be inaccurate in future.
