JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
"(a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to consider Ext.P3 and to take necessary action to change tenancy in favour of the petitioner within the timelimit fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
(b) Issue such other appropriate writs, orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."[SIC]
2. The main prayer in the writ petition is to issue directions to the respondents to consider Ext.P3 and to take necessary action to change tenancy in favour of the petitioner within a time limit fixed by this Court. This writ petition was filed on 24.09.2012. Even now this writ petition is pending before this Court. No interim order was passed in this case. Probably the prayers in the writ petition may be infructuous. According to me, WP(C) NO. 22176 OF 2012 3 there is nothing survives in this case. If there is any surviving grievance to the petitioner, the petitioner is free to approach the competent authority among the respondents and if such a representation is received, the competent authority among the respondents will do the needful in accordance to law.
With the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed.
