JUDGMENT
Dated this the 14th day of June, 2022 This writ petition is filed seeking directions to respondents 1 and 2, not to harass and intimidate the petitioners for settling a civil or monetary dispute arising out of Exhibit P1 agreement.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits on instructions that the issue is clearly a monetary dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. It is submitted that no complaint of whatever nature has been preferred either by or against the petitioners and that as such the Police do not intend to involve themselves in the matter.
The said submission is recorded. The W.P.(C)No.14736 OF 2022 3 writ petition is closed without prejudice to the contentions of the parties and their rights to approach appropriate authorities in accordance with law.
