                                   ORDER

By order dated 27.05.2022, this Court had directed the respondent herein to appear in person before this Court if the directions in the judgment are not complied with, within a period of two weeks.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that when the matter had come up on 23.02.2022, it was submitted before this Court that there has been a Division Change and now the area in question is within the territorial limits of the Sub Collector, Perinthalmanna and representation is required to be considered by the said authority. It was also submitted that the representation pending before the RDO shall be forwarded to the Sub Collector.

3. It is now submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the Sub Collector, Perinthalmanna is down with Covid-19 and hence the delay.

4. Having regard to the submissions advanced, the Sub Collector, Perinthalmanna, is suo motu impleaded as an additional respondent. The learned Government Pleader shall take notice for the additional respondent.

Cont. Case (C.) No. 262 of 2022 2 The learned Government Pleader shall ensure that the Sub Collector, Perinthalmanna to whom the representation has been forwarded, takes a decision on the same, in any event, within a period of three weeks.
