                                 2

                              JUDGMENT

When this matter was called today, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, conceded that the second respondent - Taluk Surveyor has already furnished the survey report and sketch and prayed that four months time be granted to enable her to comply with the directions in the judgment.

2. I am afraid that I cannot accede to the afore request of the first respondent because, the time sought for is certainly excessive.

3. Resultantly, I close this contempt case, directing the first respondent to act as per the directions of this Court, based on the survey report and sketch - a copy of which shall also be made available to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Needless to say, if the afore directions are not complied with within the afore time, the petitioner will be at liberty to seek a rehearing of this case.
