JUDGMENT
The original petition is filed to direct the Court of Principal Munsiff, Kottayam, to consider and dispose of I.A. Nos1435/2019 and 1436/2019 within a period of one month.
2. Pursuant to the order dated 24.05.2022 passed by this Court, the learned Munsiff, Kottayam has by communication dated 09.06.2022 informed this Court that notice in I.A. No.1435/2019 and 14362019 has still date not been served and the respondents 2,5 and 6 in those applications are residing in USA. Therefore, the learned Munsiff would make every endeavour to dispose of the above applications within three months after the respondents 2,5 and 6 are served with notice in the applications.
3. Heard the learned the counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. In the light of the limited relief that I propose to OP(C) NO. 858 OF 2022 4 pass that is to direct the court below to consider and dispose of the above applications within a time frame, I dispense with notice to the respondents.
On a consideration of the pleadings and materials on record and the above communication of the learned Munsiff, in exercise of the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the Principal Munsiff, Kottayam to consider and dispose of I.A. Nos. 1435/2019 and 1436/2019 within a period of one month, after the respondents 2, 5 and 6 in the applications are served with notice, in accordance with law.
The original petition is ordered accordingly.
