This Contempt of court case (civil) having come up for orders on

ORDER
Sri.P.R. Shaji- learned counsel for the petitioner handed over an order dated 31/05/2022, issued by the respondent in compliance with the directions in the judgment. The said order, a copy of which has been offered by the petitioner to be placed on record by the next posting date. The respondent appears to have taken the view that without the order of the Accountant General and the Government, the petitioner cannot be granted any benefit.
Prima facie, this order certainly does not answer the specific directions of this Court, because the factum of the nomination in favour of the subsequent wife of late Raghavan Ezhuthachan had been noticed by this Court in the judgment and peremptory directions issued.
In the afore circumstances, I adjourn this matter for the learned Government Pleader to obtain instructions in this matter, within which time the afore order shall be placed on record by the petitioner.
