                          JUDGMENT

By Ext.P1, the petitioner was granted a regular permit by the 1st respondent. Though the timing conference was scheduled on 04.06.2022, the same was adjourned to 16.08.2022. The petitioner is not so far issued with regular permit pursuant to Ext.P1. In the said circumstances, the petitioner has filed Ext.P5 application for temporary permit. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P5 application is not so far considered by the 2 nd respondent. The limited relief of the petitioner is for a consideration of Ext.P5 application for temporary permit.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

3. In view of the limited relief prayed for by the petitioner in the writ petition, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent/Secretary RTA to consider Ext.P5 WP(C) NO. 18565 OF 2022 ..3..

application for temporary permit, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The 2nd respondent shall endeavour to issue the regular permit pursuant to Ext.P1 grant, in accordance with law, at the earliest, after settlement of timings.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
