JUDGMENT
In terms of the directions issued by this Court a compliance report has been filed by the Special Tahsildar (LA), Kochi Corporation wherein it is stated thus :
"As per the direction in W.P.(C) 13240/21 and C.O.C. case No.276/22, this Hon'ble court has directed this respondent to consider and dispose of application submitted by the petitioner under 28(A) of L.A. Act, 1894. In compliance with order of this Hon'ble High Court. The respondent had heard petitioner and the counsels representing 19 others and has allowed the application redetermining the compensation payable to them on the basis of common judgment in L.A.R. Nos.67/11,52/11,59/11,65/11, 97/11, 99/11 and 101/11 dated 30/11/19 of sub court, Perumbavoor. Draft awards had submitted to District Collector. A copy of the proceedings and copies of the calculation statements are submitted."
2. In that view of the matter, nothing further revives in this Contempt case.
3. The learned Government Pleader has submitted that the District Collector shall finalize the proceedings without any further delay.
The said submission is recorded and this Contempt Case is closed.
