ORDER
Sri.G.Hariharan - learned counsel for the review petitioners, seek that this Court review the judgment dated 24.05.2022 because, at the time when the same was delivered, he had omitted to bring it to the notice of this Court that a second prayer had been made by his clients, namely that the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) be directed to grant them electric connection.
2. Sri.Harisankar - learned Standing Counsel appearing for the KSEB, submitted that the electric connection to the petitioner's building had been dismantled much earlier and therefore, that the best which they can do for the petitioners is to consider Annexure III and Annexure IV applications and grant them a fresh one, because the tax on the property appears to have been now paid by the petitioners through Annexure VII and Annexure VIII.
3. Sri.G.Hariharan - learned counsel for the petitioners acceded to the afore suggestion.
In the afore circumstances, I order this review petition to RP NO.476/2022 IN WP(C)5336/2022 3 the limited extent of adding to the judgment in question, that on the petitioners producing Annexures VII and VIII, or if it has already been produced, before the competent Authority of the KSEB, they will take up their application for electric connection namely, Annexures III and IV, and grant them all eligible benefits, including a new connection as expeditiously as is possible, but not later than one month from today.
In all other respects, the judgment sought to be reviewed, will remain intact.
