Today, when the matter has been taken up for consideration, Sri.Saigi Jacob Palatty, learned Senior Government Pleader would submit on the basis of instructions that the learned Additional Advocate General has already given advice to the competent authority of the State Government to withdraw and recall Anx.III rejection order, as per G.O. (Rt) No.287/2021/Ayush dt.19.07.2021, and to pass orders afresh, strictly in compliance with the directions of the Tribunal at Anx.I, as confirmed by this Court as per Anx.II, and that 10 days' time may be granted.
