        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to pass an interim order of stay of all further proceedings
   pursuant to O.A. No.119 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022 of the National Green
   Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (Exhibit P4) pending the disposal of
   the above writ petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S P.B.SAHASRANAMAN, T.S.HARIKUMAR and G.N.DEEPA, Advocates for the
   petitioner and of STANDING COUNSEL, the court passed the following:


                                        ORDER

Standing Counsel for the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority to ascertain the status of compliance of Exhibit P1 judgment.

Petitioner to serve a hard copy of the writ petition on the Standing Counsel.
