JUDGMENT
According to the petitioner, he is the registered owner of stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL- 58 T-8696. Pursuant to the direction of this Court in Ext.P6 judgment, Ext.P5 notice was issued by the 3 rd respondent to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent therein.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is the registered owner of the vehicle and that he is also to be heard pursuant to Ext.P5 notice.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has submitted Ext.P8 objection before the 3rd respondent. There will be a WP(C).No.18657 OF 2022 3 direction to the 3rd respondent to hear the petitioner also during the personal hearing pursuant to Ext.P5 notice, if the hearing is not conducted and the matter is not finally disposed of.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
