JUDGMENT
According to the petitioner, he is the registered owner of stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL- 53-K-604 on the route Pang-Puramannur. He has filed Ext.P2 request for revision of timings of his service covered by Ext.P1 proceedings. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P2 request is not so far considered by the respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P2 request in accordance with law after notice to the affected/interested persons, if any, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period WP(C).No.18737 OF 2022 3 of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
