                                   JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking permission to pay the outstanding loan amounts in easy monthly instalments. Even though this Court had at the time of admission, directed the petitioner to pay Rs.20,000/- within one month for grant of stay of the proceedings, the petitioner's counsel submits that the said order could not be complied with.

Taking into account the financial difficulties stated by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to pay the amount outstanding in 12 equal monthly instalments, the 1 st installment falling due on or before 09.07.2022 and the subsequent installments payable on or before 9th of the succeeding months. If the petitioner commits default of two consecutive instalments, the respondents are at liberty to proceed with coercive steps for recovery. The steps for recovery shall be kept in abeyance to facilitate payment in instalments.
