   Court be pleased to stay the impugned judgment and decree in AS.No.62 of 2019 dated 18.11.2021 of
   the II Additional District Court, Kollam in the interest of justice.
          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 31.05.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
