JUDGMENT
C.Jayachandran, J.
Petitioner is the father of the alleged detenue, aged 21 years. He seeks issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to cause production of the alleged detenue before this Court, as also, to set her at liberty. It is the petitioner's allegation that, his wife/4th respondent [mother of the alleged detenue] is suffering from depression and psychiatric problems, as could be deciphered from Ext.P3 treatment record. The alleged detenue/daughter has also psychiatric ailments. Presently the detenue is in the illegal custody of the 4th respondent/wife. Petitioner is completely in the dark as regards the whereabouts of his daughter. Ext.P4 complaint preferred before the jurisdictional Police fetched no result. On such premise, petitioner preferred the above writ petition WP(Crl) No.475 of 2022 3 claiming the reliefs afore referred alleging that his daughter is not being given proper treatment.
2. Today, the learned Government Pleader produced the statement of facts across the Bar by the Station House Officer, Paravoor Police Station, which is accompanied by the statement obtained from the wife and daughter of the petitioner. It is submitted that the wife and daughter are reunited with the petitioner and the petitioner had left for abroad on 04.06.2022.
We hence close the writ petition.
