Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondent No.5 to consider, dispose and take
immediate action in Exhibits P7 and P8 representations, forthwith, pending
disposal of the Writ Petition.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
SRI.NOBLE MATHEW, Advocate for the petitioners and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER
for R1 to R5 (By Order), the court passed the following:

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 5. Issue notice by speed post returnable in two weeks to respondents 6 to 8.
There will be an interim direction to the 5th respondent to consider and dispose of Exts.P7 and P8 representations and take immediate action, partuculary in view of Ext.P5 judgment of this Court, within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
